St. Margaret's House, situated near Southampton Common and set in its own gardens, provides 84 study bedrooms for undergraduate students in flats of 7 rooms sharing kitchen and bathroom facilities, and 12 self-contained bedsit flats for postgraduate and mature undergraduate students.

NB. For those who do not need a long let agreement but would like extra time in hall during the summer vacation period 'Out of Term Residence' (OTR) is available in other halls during this time.
