New Terrace accommodates 180 residents. It opened in 1995, providing 180 study bedrooms divided into flats of seven rooms sharing a kitchen. This accommodation is available for undergraduates, postgraduate and mature undergraduate students.

NB. 'Out of Term Residence' (OTR) may be available in this and other halls during this time.

‡Rooms will be allocated according to the options and preferences you have selected but we cannot guarantee that a specific Room Type or Hall Complex will be available at the time of allocation. You must submit all 3 options for your application to be valid unless you are applying for Winchester, where en suite is the only Room Type available.
