Web Payment system unavailable on 21st July

The University of Southampton Web Payments facility will be unavailable due to essential maintenance after 9.00 am on Wednesday 21^st July. 

If you are accepting an offer of accommodation and need to make a prepayment or wish to set up a Recurring Card Payment (RCP), you will be unable to do so until normal service is restored after 9.00 am on Thursday 22nd July.

If your offer of accommodation is due to expire before Thursday 22nd July and you still need to accept it, please contact us immediately on +44 (0)23 8059 5959 so we can extend your expiry date.   If you have no prepayment to pay and you wish to set up a Direct Debit for your Residence Fees, you can continue to accept your offer online.

If you wish to make any other payment during that time, payment can be made in person between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm at the Student Services Centre, Highfield Campus or the Income Office, Winchester School of Art. It is also possible to make payment by telephone (debit/credit card) at any of these locations. Normal service will be restored by 9.00 am on Thursday 22^nd July. We apologise for any inconvenience caused during this 'downtime'.
