I chose Southampton because it has a really nice campus; it’s really pretty and it’s got quite a good reputation, so I thought ‘why not?’!

I would definitely recommend Southampton, it’s been really good and the facilities are really great. It’s small enough to feel like home but big enough for you to spread your wings.

My three years here have been really good; I’ve learnt a lot and not just academically. I’ve learnt that I can cook without burning things and all that sorts of other things! I won the Best Biology Student in Final Year Prize. I researched Culture Ecosystems Services in Ancient Landscapes. I looked at ways to assess this and how it can relate to land owners for future management.
