Is classroom teaching a definite 'yes'? Are you aiming for your QTS (Qualified Teacher Status), with the backing of prior qualifications or experience? If so, you will almost certainly find a good match in one of our Routes into Teacher Training options, shown on the right.
Are you teaching or training at post-16 level? Perhaps your job has evolved from another role, and you're an expert in your own field now keen on handing on your skills and knowledge. If so, our various part-time post-complusory education an training courses could be just the job.
Offering you more choice
As well as the traditional BA degrees, we are one of the few UK universities to offer BSc programmes both in Education Studies (single honours) and Education Studies and Psychology (joint honours).

The University offers excellent amenities and a great location near the Solent, the Isle of Wight and the New Forest. London is just over an hour away by train, and the region even has its own airport.
