About
Changhoon Lee is a PhD student at Transport Research Group of the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Science, University of Southampton. He graduated from Seoul National University in South Korea with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
As his PhD research topic, he studies how the transportation project appraisal method influence on balanced regional development and explores ways to improve balanced development.
