Research interests

Contemporary Anglo-American political philosophy; contemporary theories of justice; normative theories of citizenship; international ethics.

Teaching activities

I am happy to supervise research students in most areas of contemporary political philosophy, especially topics within the theory of justice, the normative theory of citizenship, and international ethics

Work in progress

I am currently working on a book entitled 'Living Together as Equals: The Demands of Citizenship', supported by a Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship (2009-2011).
