Online Application Process

Important news regarding applications for accommodation for 2010/2011. For those students currently studying at the University, you can now apply online, and for new students the application form will be available from the start of February 2010. The deadlines for applications to be received are as follows:

  • Current students: 29th January 2010
  • New students: 01st August 2010

If you do not submit an application for accommodation for 2010/11 by the relevant deadline, you would not be covered by the accommodation guarantee. It would therefore be unlikely that we would be able to make you an offer of Halls accommodation, so you may need to consider renting a room in the private sector. To apply for accommodation, you will need to use our online application service at www.onlineaccommodation.soton.ac.uk. The following pages will guide you through the stages of making an application.
