Tracking your Application

When you have submitted an application for accommodation, you will be able to track its progress online. To do so, you should log in and visit the Applications section, where you will be able to see your application holding one of the following statuses:

Status

Description
SAVED You have saved an application, which you can amend before submitting. Please note that you will need to SUBMIT your application for it to be considered for allocation.
SUBMITTED You have submitted an application for accommodation, which will be considered for allocation in due course.
PROCESSING Your application is being considered
PROCESSING 2 Your application is being considered
PROCESSING 3 Your application is being considered
UNMATCHED/HOLDING It has not been possible to allocate one of your three preferences, so your application is being considered for the most suitable alternative.

 

Once you have been offered accommodation, you can view the status of your offer in the Contracts section. 

Status

Description
OFFER You have been made an offer of accommodation, which you have not yet responded to.
ACCEPTED You have accepted your offer of accommodation, and your place has been secured.
REJECT You have rejected the offer of accommodation.
EXPIRED You have not responded to the offer within the 7 day period you are given, so the offer has been withdrawn.
