New distance learning programmes available
The Centre for Research on Ageing (CRA) is now able to offer a range of postgraduate programmes for study through distance learning, for October 2009. Initially the postgraduate Certificate, Diploma and MSc Gerontology will be available part-time, with full-time study available from October 2010.
It will also be possible to study individual modules as short courses lasting 12 weeks.
The distance learning programmes in gerontology are designed for those who wish to combine high-quality academic study in the field of gerontology with other obligations, such as paid work and/ or family/care.
