After my MBA I gained promotion to Head of Finance within my organisation.

I gained more than my expectations from the Southampton MBA. As well as the theoretical knowledge gained from many valuable tutors, which improved my managerial skills, the main effect of that 1 year was about mentality. The MBA programme increased my self-awareness and, as a result, my self-confidence has increased. After the MBA, I feel that I am now able to analyse situations in a much broader manner and focus on solutions rather than dealing with unnecessary details.
