My MBA experience was amazing. I gained the ability to analyse business situations from a global perspective, bringing together all the managerial skill sets, as well as the capability to seize opportunities around my environment to create new businesses. The MBA also helped me improve my effective change management skills which were fundamental when I took my first position after MBA graduation as it helped me drive changes to working practices throughout the organisation. Since then I have been promoted to CEO of one of the company's subsidiaries and I have also created a Consultancy and Management firm.
