Event details
With companies suffering the increasing pressure of commoditisation within B2C and B2B markets, the very activities that made organisations successful in the first instance can be under threat by ease of duplication of products and services. At the end of the seminar you will leave with new insights and perhaps different perspectives on how intrapreneurship can future proof your organisational capability. Through linking core areas of focus, you will be able to create a framework in order to develop a structured approach for driving change and innovation in your organisation by leveraging the innate talent within. The seminar will involve an honest and holistic approach to embedding intrapreneurship into your organisation.
