In this seminar we will be discussing the UK's Spring Budget announcement and how it will affect the government’s approach to navigating the challenges and opportunities of Brexit. In partnership with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Business Alliance (HIBA), the University's Centre for Research in Accounting, Accountability and Governance (CRAAG) presents an evening of expert analysis and round-table discussion with notable business and academic figures. This event will cast an eye over the roadmap of the current and future direction of Britain as it triggers Article 50.

Speaker information
Mr Gavin Midgley ,Gavin has been a Teaching Fellow in Accounting at Southampton Business School since March 2016. Prior to this he worked in the accounting profession for over 10 years (in both practice and industry environments) and is a fully qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
