Opening Address of Fertility 2017 given by Dr Franchesca Houghton

As Programme Secretary of the Society for Reproduction and Fertility (SRF) and Chair of the joint Programme Committee, Dr Franchesca Houghton gave the opening address of Fertility 2017 held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre from 5th – 7th January.

This international scientific conference brought together scientists, clinicians, embryologists, nurses and counsellors from around the world and was organised jointly between the SRF, the British Fertility Society (BFS) and the Association of Clinical Embryologists (ACE). The meeting which has now become an annual event was the largest yet with over 900 people in attendance.
