HR Business Partnering

Working across the University our HR Business Partners are dedicated human resources professionals providing strategic support for University leadership. Partnered with the University Executive and their extended teams, they offer guidance to enable the delivery of key people initiatives which in turn maximises organisational performance.  The HR Business Partners organisation chart to show their areas can be found here and below.

Employee Relations

Our Employee Relations case management team, provide a proactive, responsive and compliant advisory service; supporting with full case management and consultations on employment-related matters.
