On April 12th 2017, the Medical Devices and Vulnerable Skin Network at the University of Southampton and Sumed are hosting a free pressure ulcer prevention education day - "Improving patient outcomes in pressure ulcer prevention." Including presentations from Tissue Viability Nurse of the Year 2016, Nicci Aylward-Wotton, and Lecturer in Rehabilitative Bioengineering, Dr Peter Worsley, with demonstrations of the ground-breaking Foresite PT patient monitoring system.
