English Language Lecturer

Ms. Shahlilawati Wahid is an academic staff member at the University of Southampton Malaysia. Ms. Shahlilawati joined the UoSM team as a lecturer in 2016 and she currently teaches study skills and English subjects to Engineering Foundation Year students.

Prior to this, she worked as an Academic Coordinator cum English Lecturer (2006-2014) at School of Professional and Continuing Education, University Teknologi Malaysia (UTMSPACE) and as an English Lecturer at Institute Hospitality (2003-2006), Yayasan Pelajaran Johor (IHYPJ). She received her Bachelor of Art (English) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) in 2000 and she received her master’s in education (Management and Administration) for research on student affair officer competency from UTM in 2015. Currently she is pursuing her PhD (Assessment and Evaluation) at UTM.
