Avila is the founder of Kutenda, a greetings card and gift company created to provide better representation for underrepresented groups, such as B.A.M.E, L.G.B.T+ and different disabilities in the greetings card industry.

Sandra Oliveira and Charlie Barton have founded Pack Buddies, an outdoor interactive doggy daycare in Southampton offering acres of private countryside for dogs to enjoy an agility course, sensory garden, game zone and lots of other enriching activities.

Debs Carter is the founder and director of Touch Network, a safe space for people to talk about mental health and wellbeing. It's a space for people to tell their stories and celebrate the successes in overcoming, through events, workshops, consultancy and publishing story books.

Laura Smith is the founder of UniPal, a social media app to pioneer a solution to the epidemic that is student loneliness and to cultivate a connected, educated and empathetic university community.
