Speaker information
Prof Christian Enemark ,Professor of International Relations at the University of Southampton. “My research and teaching interests include global health politics, international and global security, and the ethics of war.” I am the author of Disease and Security: Natural Plagues and Biological Weapons in East Asia (2007), Armed Drones and the Ethics of War: Military Virtue in a Post-Heroic Age (2014), and Biosecurity Dilemmas: Dreaded Diseases, Ethical Responses, and the Health of Nations (2017). My research has also been published in journals including Bioethics, Ethics & International Affairs, Health Policy and Planning, Nonproliferation Review, Security Studies, and Survival. I have degrees from the University of Sydney and the Australian National University.
