Title: KAGRA scientific contribution to the global detector network of gravitational waves

Abstract: LIGO and VIRGO have so far detected several tens of gravitational waves from black holes and neutron stars and have opened a new window on our Universe. KAGRA has joined the global detector network of gravitational waves from the late stage of the O3 observation in April 2020 and is now preparing for the next joint observation. In this seminar, I will talk about the current status and future plan of KAGRA and the sciences that can be achieved with the addition of KAGRA to the detector network, especially focusing on sky localization and the test of gravitational wave polarizations.
