As well as having a high profile nationally, the University is also very much focused towards engagement with the local community in Winchester, Southampton, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight in terms of partnership work with industry as well as the community, education and voluntary sectors. We run a highly successful programme that involves recruiting, training and placing hundreds of our students in these settings as ambassadors and associates.
