English is increasingly being used to teach in universities and colleges around the world. For several years, ACIS have been working with international colleagues in partner institutions to address the many challenges and opportunities that EMI brings.
We offer courses and workshops to support academic and administrative staff in institutions where EMI is used and, as a product of our experience, we have developed a MOOC entitled English as a Medium of Instruction for Academics, which will have its first release in June 2017 on the FutureLearn platform.
