CRA staff win in Adventures in Research Competition
Dr Gloria Langat won a grant in the Adventures in Research Competition run by the University of Southampton.
The aim of the competition is to support early career researchers by providing pump-priming small research grants to enable them develop an adventurous piece of research and progress the research to the point where they could attract further major funding.
Langat’s research seeks to investigate trends in HIV/AIDS infection among older people 50 years and older in sub-Saharan Africa.
