Urgent problems and faults should be phoned in to the Estates and Facilities helpdesk on 023 8059 7474 (27474). An urgent fault is one that will cause danger or damage if not attended to quickly.
All non-urgent problems and faults should be raised using Planon Self Service (accessed via the homepage on the SUSSED portal).
Feedback on the services provided by Estates and Facilities should be given using the 'complaints' and 'compliments' customer feedback options in Planon Self Service (accessed via the homepage on the SUSSED portal).
