ILAWS member teaches two day seminar in Washington DC

ILAWS member Neil Brown, who is researching for a PhD in the regulation of over the top communications services, such as Skype and FaceTime, was again invited to teach a two-day seminar on the regulation of communications in Europe to regulators, government officials and telecoms company lawyers in Washington, DC.

Two day seminar in Washington DC

In what is now an annual event, Neil introduced 18 participants from lesser developed countries to the European approach for communications regulation, and facilitated discussion on the application of those rules to attendees' local market conditions.

Feedback from the attendees was incredibly positive, with delegates commenting that the course was "invaluable", "outstanding" and "very relevant and very up to date in these fast moving times".
