What if I return a book late?

Essentially, if an item on loan becomes overdue you will not be able to borrow again until the overdue item(s) have been returned or renewed. A suspension system operates for items in demand, including the reserve collection with suspensions lasting 7 days from the date the item is returned.

If an item becomes very overdue or is in demand, an invoice will be drawn up for the value of the book.
