Reporting maintenance problems - please report non-emergency maintenance issues via https://planon.soton.ac.uk/
Emergency problems which are immediate risk to health, safety, security or wellbeing should be reported to your halls reception either by calling +44(0)23 8059 5777 or in person.
Internet and wifi connection troubleshooting - please report halls related internet and connection problems via Serviceline online at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +44(0)23 8059 5656.
