Rabbi Julius Gould
Rabbi Gould was the Principal of Leeds Talmudical College and President of the Shomrei Torah Organisation. He was the author or editor of a number of publications, including and Judaism in danger: an exposé of a vicious and insidious threat to our spiritual existence (1962) and Jewish life in modern Britain (1964), which he co-edited with Shaul Esh.
About the collection
His archive is composed of manuscript and typescript notes relating to sermons and writings, together with a small series of correspondence, c.1922-44.
