Myer Domnitz
Myer Domnitz was Secretary and Education Officer of the Central Jewish Lecture Committee, a member of the Schools Committee, Chairman of the Citizens of East London, Headmaster of Amhurst Park Day School and was a consultant on education, inter-group relations and world religions.
About the collection
Typescripts of works by M.Domnitz, mainly educational texts explaining Judaism and Jewish history, including 'The voice of Jerusalem and Babylon', 'Notes of Jewish life in the Holy Land about 2000 years ago' and 'Education and inter group relations in a changing world'; newspaper articles, 1982 and 1984, and reviews; script of You are witnesses (the Warsaw ghetto uprising and the Holocaust); correspondence, 1961.
