Papers of Charles Singer (1876-1960), historian of science, relating to Germany, anti-Semitism and Nazi views of race in the late 1930s and early 1940s, including articles, typescript copies in English and German, of Trust no fox on the green heath and no Jew upon his oath !  A picture book for big and little by Elvira Bauer (Nuremberg); typescripts of `Recruitment of the German universities' by Charles Singer and of `Propositions concerning the forced migration from Germany'; newspaper cuttings, including a section on the night of the long knives, 30 Jun 1934; typescript copy of the speech `Racial nationalism' by Dr Frits Clausen, leader of the Danish Nationalist Socialist Workers Party, given at the Second International Congress of Nationalists, 11 Jul 1935, and the report given to the League of Nations Committee on International Assistance to Refugees, 3 Jan 1936; the Heidelberg international university conference of 1936; correspondence of Dr Singer with the Christian News-letter, 1940-4; correspondence and papers on various subjects, including the Jewish Fellowship, 1938-44, the German universities in the 1930s and forced emigration.
