Being ‘Agile’ is about being able to respond to change. Agile methods are designed to encourage close collaboration, allowing organisations to create new solutions using self-organizing, cross-functional teams.

Agile brings better results, faster. People like working in Agile teams. They work harder and they stay longer. But why does agile work?

In this talk, David Baxter explains the mechanisms behind Agile, showing how it improves collaboration, communication and feedback. He explains how these findings can be applied in your organisation.
