Professor David Owen publishes new book

Professor David Owen, Professor of Social and Political Philosophy has published a new book entitled ‘What do we owe to Refugees’.

Who are refugees? Who, if anyone, has a duty to protect them?   In a world of people fleeing from corrupt governments, civil wars, state failure, famine and environmental disasters, these are politically urgent and ethically pressing questions.
