The CDF will hold a panel conversation on 9th February 2021 at 17:00-18:30 to discuss “Democratic Futures and the LGBT+ community: Looking back and looking ahead”.
Speakers (pictured left to right) include:
Dr Awino Okech (SOAS), Research specialism: gender, sexuality, security and nation/state making projects as they occur in conflict and post-conflict societies.
Dr Phillip Ayoub (Occidental College, LA, USA). Research specialism: international relations and comparative politics, transnational politics, gender and politics, norm diffusion and the study of social movements.
Dr Stuart J. Turnbull-Dugarte (Soton). Research specialism: political party competition, electoral behaviour and political psychology.
The panel discussion is open to the public and will be recorded.
