Gillian Crawford has been awarded a prestigious residential researcher scholarship at the Brocher Foundation, Hermance, Switzerland from the 3rd September until the 31st October 2013.

This non-profit foundation hosts experts in the ethical, legal and social implications of new biotechnologies and developments in medical research. It encourages interdisciplinary research in this new field, strongly linked to society by including law, anthropology, history, bioethics and philosophy. This scholarship will facilitate Gillian in analysing and writing up her research on Incidental Findings (IFs) from Genetic Tests.
