Each year the CORMSIS group at Southampton university works with over 40 external organisations via our Summer project scheme.

One of the most beneficial outputs of this work was that Oksana was able to summarise the work that has been done so far in supply modelling techniques drawing on research from around the world in order to identify best practice and compare with our current thinking.

We are currently moving forwards how we perform our supply and demand modelling for the health and social care workforce and Oksana's work has helped to support that
