Professor Kiki Messiou leads symposium at the European Conference of Educational Research
Professor Kiki Messiou was invited to speak at the ECER (European Conference of Educational Research) Emerging Researchers’ Conference, in Bolzano, Italy in September 2018 to deliver an interactive roundtable session is entitled: Research that empowers: Inclusive approaches .
Professor Messiou also led a symposium entitled: 'Inclusive Responses to Diversity through Child-Teacher Dialogue' at the ECER main Conference consisting of three papers:

The symposium was based on the findings of the first cycle of the 3 year European Union funded study (2017-2020), "Reaching the ‘hard to reach’: Inclusive responses to diversity through child-teacher dialogue" . The study involves five countries (Austria, Denmark, England, Spain, Portugal), with partners from universities and primary schools in each country.
