The Ofsted science report "Maintaining Curiosity" highlights six factors that improve primary science. This practical conference outlines what these are and offers ideas and activities to help schools achieve this. In addition to the keynote speech delivered by Kate and Debbie from Primarily Science, attendees will be able to select from a range of workshop sessions delivered by Kate or Debbie. At the end of the day there will be an opportunity for action planning and a short questions and answer session.

Making the links between literacy and science. Monitoring pupils progress. Raising the profile of science. Conference Fees per person:- £130 discounted fee per teacher working at University of Brighton partnership schools. £100 discounted fee per additional staff attending from same partnership school. (£160 standard fee and £130 thereafter for non-partnership schools) Conference fee includes refreshments, lunch, all conference materials and resources.
