A day for senior leaders, subject leaders, primary teachers and teaching assistants.
An opportunity to hear from Eleanor Atkinson about the latest thinking and ideas in primary science teaching, learning and assessment.
Mary Kinoulty will talk about the hidden science found when visiting the Mary Rose Museum (see the article in the ASE journal, Primary Science Number 152).
A range of primary science workshops will be available to attend.
Participants will be able to:
- Discover the latest ideas to take and use in your classroom / school.
- Find out about how to develop the hidden science in other curriculum areas.
- Find out about the hidden science opportunities when visiting local museums, gardens and historic attractions.
Light lunch & refreshments included. You will come away with resources to use in your classroom/school.
This course is only £45 for ASE members and £65 for non-members.
