The talk will discuss initial first-round findings from an ESRC-funded longitudinal project exploring the impacts of Covid-19 on graduate labour market transitions and outcomes. It will examine the wider contextual challenges from Covid-19 on employment and present mixed methods data on how this is affecting different groups of graduates.
What are the key messages of your talk? That the Covid-19 is impacting differentially on graduates' outcomes and how they respond to the immediate challenge of labour market integration. It highlights different sets of attitude and behaviours to the challenge of developing sustainable employment trajectories and the different resources they draw upon.
