SpLD Study Skills: Reflection and Development workshop Event

Designed for students with a specific learning difficulty such as Dyslexia, this workshop will provide an opportunity to both reflect on the study skills you have developed over the last academic year and identify areas for further development. We will support you in creating a ‘Skills Plan’ which will include a number of study strategies you may wish to prioritise trying over the next few months or as you move into the next academic year. To help you create the ‘Skills Plan’, we will provide an overview of a range of study strategies, covering areas such as organisation, critical reading, and note-taking. There will be opportunities to ask questions and share your experiences with others, in an informal group setting. This workshop will be taking place in-person on Highfield campus.
