Nano-scale measurements can be performed on two of nCATS equipment; the Atomic Force Microscopy employs tips with nanometre radii to image surfaces in various modes, while nano-scale mechanical measurements can be explored with the two MicroMaterials Nanoindentation systems including hardness, scratch, impact and fretting.
