Electrochemical Engineering focus on the design and built of optimized electrochemical reactors for a such applications that help to reduce waste minimising the impact of our industrial society in the environment promoting sustainability. It provides solutions for industries by optimising and reducing the energy used in many industrial processes.

The 9th European Summer School of Electrochemical Engineering, ESSEE, aims to promote the applications of Electrochemical Engineering by providing the fundamental theory and the practical applications of the field by sharing knowledge and experience of experts in the area and the opportunity of networking. The scientific program consists on 10 sessions that includes over fifteen lectures that will encourage scientific discussions and exchange of knowledge.
