Congratulations to Professor Maria Stokes and Doctor Lisa Roberts who have both been awarded fellowships from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy. Maria and Lisa will be conferred at a ceremony in London later in the year.

Dr Claire Foster was invited by the Guardian to take part in a live discussion on the long-term effects of cancer earlier today. The discussion raised many issues relevant to the research being undertaken by our Macmillan Survivorship Research Group.

Doctor Alan Borthwick was presented with a Canadian Federation of Podiatric Medicine (CFPM) Honorary Membership Award at the last CFPM Annual Conference. CFPM is quoted in the Spring 2013 issue of Canadian Podiatrist as saying Alan ‘has been an invaluable resource with his insights, strong ethics and leadership skills.' Congratulations Alan!
