Appraisal for Level 4-7 staff (ERE, MSA, CAO, TAE)

Appraisals are a key tool in evaluating and recording the performance and development of our people. They form part of an ongoing dialogue between a line manager and employee and enable us to recognise and reward contribution and effort towards achieving the University’s goals.

The online appraisal form may be accessed via MyHR Dashboard.

Level 7 ERE/MSA Staff

The appraisal period runs from 1 September to 31 August, each year. Appraisal conversations should be conducted between 1 September - 31 December, to review the previous year’s contribution and development plan and set objectives for the current year.

Level 4-6 ERE/MSA/TAE/CAO Staff

The appraisal period runs from 1 January to 31 December, each year. Appraisal conversations should be conducted between 1 January - 31 May, to review the previous year’s contribution and development plan and set objectives for the current year.
