These include:
- The training suite at mu-vis labs - Multidisciplinary, Multiscale, Microtomographic Volume Imaging
- The Archaeological Computing Research Group based in the Digital Archaeology Laboratory in the new archaeology building
- The Biomedical Imaging Unit at Southampton University Hospitals Trust
- The Southampton Respiratory Imaging Group at SUHT which has research dedicated SPECT/CT imaging facilities
- The IfLS Imaging and Microscopy Centre
- National Oceanography Centre Seismic imaging and properties
