A public lecture by Professor Andrew Lotery, Professor of Ophthalmology, is being organised by Gift of Sight, a charity based in the University of Southampton.
Gift of Sight raises funds to support vision research in the University.
Professor Andrew Lotery, who is also a clinician working from University Hospital Southampton, will give an insight into the latest progress towards beating blindness. He will be joined by clinical and vision research colleagues.

There will be no charge to attend the Lecture but provision will be made for voluntary donations to be made on the night. Hot and cold drinks may be obtained at the bar from 5.45pm and the lecture will start at 6:30pm.
