Bruker DPX400/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer (retired)

The Bruker DPX400/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer was equipped with a H/C dual-head probe capable of recording 1D and 2D ¹ H and ¹³ C spectra.

The Bruker DPX400/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer was equipped with a dual-head probe for computer switchable observation of proton and carbon with deuterium lock (5mm) fitted with z-gradient coils and an autom — Bruker DPX400/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer

The DPX400/1 FT-NMR Spectrometer was employed for rapid acquisition of routine 2D NMR experiments (HH COSY, HH TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC). Samples were entered into an automated queue using the 60 position sample changer.

Legacy data dating back to installation in late 1999 are still available for remote processing.
