The Parkes Institute is also involved in the Humanities TEAtime lecture series for schools and colleges.
TEAtime (Technology, Engineering and the Arts) is a free, exciting and informative lecture series giving students in years 11, 12 and 13 (last year of GCSE, and A Level) the opportunity to connect subjects they are studying in the national curriculum with current University research, and involves our academics across the disciplines. The Humanities TEAtime lectures series is delivered by leading academics in their fields.
TEAtime lectures take place during school hours (12.00 - 15.30) and lunch will be provided.

Lecture
All students attending must be in years 11-13 and studying Humanities subjects. Please note that students must be accompanied by at least one teacher or representative from the school.
