Event details

How can we help all children to communicate to the best of their ability? How, when and why do children learn to speak? What helps their language develop? Find out more in this lunchtime session with speech and language therapist Sarah Paganga.

Sarah Paganga is a Speech and Language Therapist and Paediatric Lead in the Auditory Implant Service (AIS), based here in Southampton.

Sarah will start this lunchtime session with a thumbnail sketch of AIS and its work. She will then introduce some of the general principles of communication, finishing with indications of when parents might consider specialised help.

Afterwards, Sarah should be able to answer any questions.

As usual, lunch including veggie and vegan options will be provided.

To help with numbers, please reply to the Outlook invitation or email
